Terms of Use for Random Video Call & Chat

By downloading or using Random Video Call & Chat (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the App, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.

2. User Conduct and User Generated Content (UGC)

Random Video Call & Chat is a platform for real-time, peer-to-peer video communication and text messaging. To ensure a safe and welcoming environment, you must strictly adhere to the following rules:

Zero Tolerance Policy: You may not use the App to broadcast, share, or promote any form of nudity, sexual content, hate speech, harassment, bullying, or violence.

Respectful Interaction: You agree to treat all matches with respect.

Reporting and Moderation: We provide in-app features to report inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

3. Permissions and Device Access

To provide the core functionalities of the App, you must grant specific device permissions:

Camera and Microphone: Essential for transmitting your video and audio via WebRTC during live calls.

Phone State: The App monitors incoming cellular calls to seamlessly pause or drop active app calls, preventing audio conflicts.

System Alert Window (Draw over other apps): Used to display necessary call interfaces and post-call screens accurately.

Network Access: Required to connect to our signaling servers (via Socket.io), establish peer-to-peer WebRTC connections, and load content.

By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to the utilization of these hardware features for their intended purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes third-party services and SDKs to function optimally and remain free to use:

Advertising: We use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements. AdMob utilizes your device's Advertising ID to serve ads.

Analytics and Stability: We use Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring) to track app usage, monitor performance, and log crashes. This helps us fix bugs and improve the App.

Communication: WebRTC and Socket.io are utilized to facilitate the underlying video, audio, and text chat infrastructure.

These third-party providers have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies regarding how they handle data.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Random Video Call & Chat, including but not limited to its design, user interface, graphics (including avatars and icons), and source code, are owned by the developers of the App. You may not extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Due to the nature of peer-to-peer random video calling, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users you may encounter, though we enforce strict moderation through user reporting.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creators of Random Video Call & Chat be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App, including but not limited to damages caused by the actions or content of other users.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
